Why hide your greatest strength? A message lost to many was the emphasis of the Garsden and Clarke rebrand. The ampersand, universally identifiable as the symbol for “and” was originally derived from the latin word “et”, which can still be seen in its many variations.
With this in mind Grafix Garage carefully crafted a hand drawn ampersand as the centrepiece and focal point of the design to emphasise the important ownership history of the business and the names that built it.
This well known brand had established a reputation in the local market for quality cabinetry and joinery, a message we felt duty bound to reinforce through elegant branding that could be translated across many mediums as a matter of pride.
A branding solution is not just a logo design. It incorporates implementation across a wide array of mediums and supports Garsden and Clarke as a business that actively contributes to its local community as well as their own industry. Hand Formed lettering aids in making the Brand unique, it conveys the essence of the business and incorporates a strategy that assists in the Trademarking process. The logo and brand needed to be clear, visible and easily reproducible in print advertising, on display stands, marquees, promotional products, stationery, digital media, vehicle liveries etc.
Deliverables for Garsden & Clarke Interiors included: logos, stationery, printed advertising, style-guide, note pads, presentation folders, embellished business cards, flyers, vehicle livery, CMS website, brochures, pull up banners for trade shows, marquees, coffee table book, badging, signage, booklets as well as a range of promotional merchandise such as pens, cups, stubby coolers, stickers, etc.
